We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to help your family. This policy explains what we gather and how we use it.
What we collect
Information you choose to give us through our forms or by email, such as your name, email address, phone number, your student's grade, and any message you send. Member accounts (name, email, and login) are managed by our membership provider, MemberSpace.
The mobile app
- Your student's grade and milestone checkmarks are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us or anyone else.
- Deadline reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No reminder data leaves your phone.
- The app does not use advertising, analytics trackers, or third-party data collection.
- The Library section connects to our member portal, which requires your member login.
The Career Path Questionnaire
Our Career Path Questionnaire is an optional tool that suggests college, trade, and military paths. To use it, a student (with a parent or guardian) creates an account with an email address and password. We store the student's name, grade, expected graduation year, and their questionnaire answers and results in our secure database (hosted by Supabase) so the tool can remember prior years and refine its recommendations as the student retakes it each year. This information is visible only to the signed-in student and to Bright Pathway; we never sell it or share it with third parties. A parent or guardian should be present when a student completes the questionnaire, and you can ask us to delete the account and all stored answers at any time by emailing abartolotta@brightpathwayacademy.com.
How we use information
To reply to you, send your invoice and curriculum materials, provide our services, and (with your consent) email you helpful updates and reminders. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Students' information
Our services support students, but accounts and purchases are made by a parent or guardian. We collect only what a parent or guardian provides and use it solely to deliver educational materials.
Payments & sharing
EFA payments are handled through ClassWallet under the Arkansas EFA program's requirements. Otherwise, we share your information only when required by law.
We may email you about your inquiry and our services. You can ask to be removed at any time.
