Setup and staff access

Getting started
  • Minimum 10 students
  • You email a roster, we create the accounts and send logins
  • Setup is handled by email, with a call only if you need one
  • Most schools are up and running within 1 to 2 weeks
Your staff
  • Staff get access to the school’s materials
  • Access for each school year ends August 15, the same as for families
Student data
  • A written student-data agreement is provided for each school before students are added
  • The details of how information is handled are below

How student information is handled

  • Accounts are created by Bright Pathway and issued to the student’s family. There is no public sign-up.
  • Questionnaire answers are visible only to the signed-in student and to Bright Pathway.
  • Everything is kept in a secure database. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.
  • We never sell or rent student information, and we share nothing with colleges without written permission.
  • The member library has no advertising or tracking.
  • Families can ask for their account and everything stored with it to be deleted at any time.
